“Ok.. so I threw my back out.. gardening at that, about two months ago. Thought I got it straightened out. Then threw it out again while on vacation in Hawaii. I tried massages, yoga, stretches, hot wraps, the vibrating gun, everything. I knew I had to throw in the towel and get help so I contacted Calm Spirit and I was connected with Gina Williams. She was so thorough in asking what my issues and concerns were, got me set up and after my session with her she had me lay on this pulsing mat that helped ease the pain even more. In one sitting, I could already tell my back was so much better. I booked a four session as I wanted to come back a second time to really get in there and alleviate the remaining pain and she did. He helped me be ready to hike Kilamanjaro recently, and always helps me recover to do all the running, tennis and active things I love to do. ALSO- at today's visit, he recommended I visit a doctor as I may have a blood clot. I was checked right away, did have a clot and was able to start treatment, and I credit Dr. Eric for helping me avoid a possible terrible situation.
