Had a plumbing issue on the 3rd of July and they sent someone out the next day. Dylan was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. My bathroom has better flow than when we got the place. A must use for anyone with plumbing problems.

I bet you’ve never seen a 5-star review when a job has gone wrong…so buckle up! We had Courtesy out to fix a leak in our bathroom this past summer. Well, they missed a spot- and the leak caused some mold damage this autumn behind the wall- which was shared with our only other . Not only did they IMMEDIATELY admit fault (despite the fact that we would not have known it otherwise), but called in all the necessary contractors to remediate the problem and replace both tiled walls. Every professional that was brought in was friendly, polite and hard-working.They even put us up in a hotelfor the night we would have been without a shower.
