Annette is the best hair dresser anywhere. She always does a great job on cutting my hair. I check-in on line and never have a long wait. I always call ahead to make sure she is working.

It has taken me 10 years to find someone who understands the hairstyle that I wanted. Katrina immediately knew what it was called and got it done in less than ten minutes!! ???????????☺️☺️.I'm going through financial hardship, so I wish that I could have tipped her more

This review is for Katrina, not the Great Clips itself. She did amazing on my haircut the first time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I went in for another cut and unfortunately got someone else who did not take their time nor give me what I wanted and I left a choppy mess. I came back the next day and thankfully Katrina was there and she fixed me right up! She took her time and had such a good attitude the whole time, she wasn't even the slightest upset about fixing someone else's mess up. Thank you Katrina!! I can say, that it is nice they are all willing to fix your hair in these events so that's good on Great Clips!
