My entire family are patients at Alpine in Falcon. They are very patient with my 8-year-old daughter. It's easy to get an appointment; I never feel rushed. The staff explains everything to me- what insurance covers and what it doesn't. I never feel pressured into anything. Great selection of frames too!

Hate leaving bad reviews but very unhappy with my experience. My actual appointment and ordering of the glasses went well, it went bad once the glasses came in. First time they came in they were not how I wanted them, ordered again thinking I was getting what u wanted and had to pay more money for them to come in wrong again. I asked about getting my money back and was told they don't do refunds. So I'm now sending them back for a 3rd time to hopefully get what I want. "At no extra charge" Very unhappy with my experience and contemplating contacting the BBB as I feel I have been scammed out of money.New glasses have arrived and what I asked for originally.

Giving them 3 starts solely for the 90's country playing in the lobby. Its very difficult to pick out glasses, with it playing in the background. Ready to find a new eye doctor over it.
