I have had a few different services done here and truly they have been amazing. The front desk is what is not the best. I have tried booking online several times and I end up having to call to book, which is fine, but the receptionist is really rude and says that there is no way I can book online (why is it an option then...). Then when I ask about a certain appointment that was online she said that it's not right and that I'm wrong, XYZ. Always talking over you, and not listening to what you are saying, asking the same questions over and over again. I just feel like the receptionist does not match the quality of services provided here.
We absolutely love this place for couples massages. They're very concerned for your health issues and they're effective at targeting troubled areas. They offer facials, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, CBD, nail, hair services, and so much more. For what this location lacks in size they make up in comfort and relaxation.
The location wasn't what you would think for a good spa day but the couples massage was amazing! Loved the combination of hot stones, cupping, and foot scrub along with the massage. Did the 90 min couples massage and was not disappointed.
