New West Physicians, Evergreen Internal & Family Medicine at Arapahoe Peak

For the past 8 months, I have been coming to this office as I have been experiencing life-altering migraines, fatigue, and symptoms of hypoglycemia for the first time in my life. I am an endurance athlete, 25-year vegetarian, and health enthusiast. This is to say - I have been met with little more than patronizing attitudes and general malaise when being seen in this office.

During these 8 months, this PCP has been referring me to a specialist that is unable to see me because they have a years-long backlog and believe my condition to be irrelevant to their specialty. Dr Sorenson is THE most arrogant and condescending physician I have ever met and Im a nurse!! He does not respond to MULTIPLE requests to provide refills. He is an obnoxious control freak and does not belong in Evergreen The staff is awesome!

First they wouldn't fill a prescription with out coming in to the office. Ran out of this prescription, because Doctor Sorensen needed to see my father who had been seen three times in October. The excuse was to go over medication which we did a month earlier. For three days he went through withdrawals. called the office multiple times and could never talk to anyone in this office. Made an appointment to see Doctor Sorensen only to be moved to a different provider. These prescription are needed, and fir Sorensen not to fill them is screwed up.
