Idk what happened because I have taken my dog to this clinic for almost 6 years and things were okay, but recently I moved all my animals to a new clinic because of how this clinic has treated me over the last several months. I have made appointments there only to be told they are so busy I MUST pay for an ER appointment, only for me to get there and see one other client there the two hours I was on site. The final straw was my last appointment where I saw the on call vet who was rude, demeaning and tried to push me to buy things my dog didn't need, like very expensive 'samples' of food that was 30 dollars for a two week supply. After talking down to me all appointment, the vet pulls me into the back to look at my dogs x ray and asks ME if I know what's going on with it- I don't work in medicine and I have no vet/ vet tech training and this vet knew that. It as very bizarre and I left there very confused and frustrated. My dog is on expensive supplements, the recommended medication and goes to PT every week and this clinic acted as if I wasn't nearly doing enough for my dog. Despite her physical therapist saying she's doing great on her current treatment plan and now her new vet is also in agreement this is the best plan for her. My dog is 15 and this clinic has been pushing me to do a invasive that has a long recovery time without even being willing to me about an alternative plan recommended by her physical therapist. I moved my dog to a new vet who is kind, communicates, respects that the best thing for my dog is not surgery at this time of her life (again she's 15) and costs half the price this vet does. My dog is doing great now and is very happy and it's no thanks to this clinic- they truly made me feel bad for advocating for what's best for my dog and going with my gut. The TLDR of it all is that I would not recommend, you can get better care for your beloved pets for a way cheaper price at a clinic that is not going to talk down to you elsewhere.

Had an obstruction in my dog's stomach one of the doctors didn't even notice it after A $700 x-ray had to go somewhere else where they noticed it my dog had to suffer for that night. Then I had another one of my dogs having issue with an enlarged heart and water in his lungs tried to get some straight answers from 1 of the receptionists called Becky 1 of the most clueless individuals I've spoke with in some time this place is a business not a vet that cares about your animal in my opinion don't waste your time and your dog's chance of life taking it to this place Check out Colorado Veterinary specialty group. They have the experience your pet deserves And answers to your questions This place Is far from quality veterinary care Do your animal a favor and take them to someone who isn't watching a clock for the day to be over.

First, the prices at this vet are absurd. I no longer use this clinic as my primary vet, as I've had a ungodly amount of negative experiences here. This isn't all of them, but here's a few. One of my first visits here, I was told off by a female vet because I asked about the lepto shot for my dog. She thought I didn't want my dog to get it, when In reality I was asking because I did want him to have it. We live in the mountains next to lakes, so leptospirosis is a concern of mine. But she was so irritated with me, that I couldn't even get a word in to let her know that she misunderstood me. A few months later, my kitten had to be put down here. And I had the displeasure of working with the same female vet. She took my shock/distress due to the situation as me being dumb and incompetent and she rudely told my husband she didn't think I understood why my cat was sick even though the situation was simple. And even if I didn't understand, instead of explaining it to me in simpler terms, she decided to gossip about my "confusion" to my husband. Two weeks later they called me to pick up my cats ashes, and when I arrived they couldn't find his ashes anywhere. They even had the audacity to ask me if I was sure they were even ready. Thankfully the ashes were eventually found. And, earlier today I called because we are having an emergency with our beloved ferret. I had two simple questions, 1: if they take ferrets and 2: if they can get him in now. It was urgent and he needed to be seen asap. Well before I could even ask my quick questions, I was put on hold, I was waiting for least 5 minutes in the middle of an emergency. It would have been longer but I hung up and called a vet that answered right away. Turns out my ferret needed immediate emergency surgery. Who knows what could have happened to him if I stayed on hold any longer. My pets are my family members, and I do not trust this clinic with them. They can't even answer the phone promptly in an emergency.
