I go to Essence for a haircut and brow shaping, and I am always absolutely blown away by the entire experience! Amazing experience! Getting an appointment was easy and I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait months! The staff, the cute little waiting area “shop” and the outstanding cut and color I received from Dang was amazing. I’m super picky about my fine hair and haven’t always had great cuts, but Dang really understood my hair & did a great job .
I got a much needed hair color and cut today by Mckenzie. 10/10 service and made me feel heard and beautiful. I will most definitely be a returning customer and can’t wait for my touch up next month.
