“Called the office at 9:15am complaining of a possible chipped crown/tooth with sensitivity. I got a 10am appt. The smiling technician took photos and x-rays immediately. Dr Gordon came in (made a joke about chewing on bones, LOL) diagnosed a chipped tooth next to an existing filling, explained the repair, answered my questions, presented me with an estimate of $463, did the repair, perfected my bite, and at 10:26am I was walking to check out. At check out, they explained that they overestimated the repair cost and charged me $331.50. Who does that? And in less than 30 minutes!! -patient for life“
