Check in was easy. They were ready for me when I got there and I was even a little early. I was greeted by the medical assistant and escorted to the examination room for just a short wait to see the Doctor. They respected my time and everyone from the time I walked in until I left was so nice.

Always a pleasure to get a check-up for skin anomalies. Staff is professional and pleasant. Appointment was on time, with no waiting. Thorough exam and excellent explanations of findings.

Easy to schedule, good confirmation, very speedy time with a very pleasant fill-in [Traci Wilkie - is she an MD?] for Dr. Warren. Almost too speedy - I'd have appreciated a bit more explanation of what I gather are routine age-related problems. Freezes were well done - I don't expect to 'see' [?] results for a while. I appreciate Rx for a new cream - I have no opinion of it yet.
