We had a unknown slow leak that became a big problem and Briggs took care of everything! They were helpful and honest about what needed to be done and how to work with insurance. They gave updates on each step of the project and communicated when additional things popped up. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. Thank you!!

Just got home to our freshly cleaned carpet and I am so impressed! Heather was very friendly and informative when walking me through the appointment. I wish I could remember the name of the cleaner who came by today, but he was also friendly, explained the work he was doing (which ended up being excellent quality), and finished up on time. We used Briggs Carpet Care to clean a couch and our light colored carpet, which was very dirty and had many spots. Jeff was very professional and friendly and obviously knew his business. He arrived at the time he said he would (wearing a mask) and immediately got to work. Our carpeting and couch now look as good as new!! We won't have buy new carpeting or a new couch! And his fee was commiserate with his work. We highly recommend their services!
