We had a renter who ran a roto rooter through the main drain line and flooded the carpeted basement. She did not tell anyone, but continued to use the drain. 0nce we learned of this, we called Briggs Carpet and they did a simply wonderful job. It was starting to mold and they recommended a firm to handle all that. Briggs was very reasonable for all their wonderful work, but it cost many thousand dollars to correct all the mold, etc. damage she had done!! I believe she still rents in Estes!!
