Had a great experience with Tri-Town today getting my HVAC system prepped for the winter. Jason was friendly, informative, and systematic in going through reviewing the system, cleaning, and testing to make sure everything was in tip top shape. He even gave me advice on how I can extend the life of the system between maintenance. He earned a customer for life today.
Tri-Town installed a replacement pair of splitters and control unit when our old system gave up the ghost last February. We recently encountered problems getting it to operate properly. Our Tri-Town tech T.J. arrived this morning and completed a full diagnostic to help us out and provide assurance that the system was functioning properly. The cost: Nada. They wanted to make sure the work they did was working as it should. You can’t ask for more from an installer and supplier. We’re Tri-Town customers for life.
