We had to remove part of a whole house filter and extend the line where the part was removed and it’s not the simplest sort of situation with a lot of water that is spilling everywhere and the part that was removed was extremely heavy and even though I look like a strong guy I can’t lift heavy because of a back issue and Ryan just automatically just lifted it up and took it away/disposed of it without me even having to ask and super I’m appreciative of the guy. “After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. “I have been using Todd and his son Nick for all my plumbing needs for years now. They are both very knowledgeable plumbers. I also feel great about supporting a local father and son business. They have done a lot of work for my house and rental properties. New kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, bathroom sink, I even wanted a second outdoor water spigot up on my deck. They were able to install one! It was impressive how they created something from nothing. It’s not like they just replaced an existing thing they had to run pipe, drill holes and add a spigot.
