“We've been battling with our builder for the last two years (literally since before closing day) to address an HVAC issue in our basement. Our builder sent the same contract technician out to fix this issue 3 separate times and he repeatedly insisted there was no problem. The constant smell of gas in our home told a very different story, however. We finally had enough of trying to get our builder to address the issue that they created and repeatedly failed to fix and called Tri-Town. We set a date for one of their technicians to visit and met Jason later in the week. He was very prompt, friendly, and extremely professional; it was very obvious from the start that he knew what he was doing and he had creative solutions to our long term issue. Turns out (just as we suspected) a valve was faulty and leaking gas into the basement. Jason explained exactly what was wrong and showed us with a lighter that there was gas flowing even after the furnace had shut off. He tapped the valve with a screwdriver and the force dislodged the stuck piece so that it closed properly: voila! He had the part ordered immediately and set up a second appointment with us to replace it. Once it arrived, the next appointment went just as well as the first; Jason was polite, professional, and punctual and he left us with a functional furnace valve. I would highly recommend booking with Tri-Town if you have any HVAC issues and will definitely use them again if the need arises.“

“We have had very bad experiences with other HVAC and rooter companies in the past. We are so glad we found M&M for our HVAC and plumbing needs. I really appreciate how patient and informative their tech Cody Gienger is answering all my boiler questions. Also, he seems to know that it's better to maintain a boiler than replace it (we've had companies tell us it was going to die any minute and needed to be replaced or that it would die within a couple of years with no mention of maintenance or how best to extend the life of the boiler). This just adds to our appreciation of the fact that M&M has never tried to make us spend money unnecessarily, and we trust them. On the plumbing side, Abel Aragon saved us from blowing too much money on an expensive job with Elite Rooter, whose high pressure tactics and more expensive services I did not trust or like.“

“Kyle is the BEST! I had a cold air return that had been cut off from a previous remodel from the original owner of the house. While I was doing a new remodel I wanted to reconnect the cold air return to the new system. However it wasn't just straight forward and easy. I tried for weeks to solve the problem with no solution. Kyle came out and solved the problem within a few minutes and was able to reconnect the return back into the system AND made it more efficient. I will be using Kyle for all of my HVAC needs in the future. He tells you how it is and doesn't try and up sell you on things you don't need like the other HVAC companies do. Definitely hire Kyle if you need HVAC services.“

“First time with PHI. Had 2 plumbing problems, a leaking bathtub faucet and a toilet that wouldn't stop running and needed all new "innards". Don came on time, the day after I called. He fixed both problems at a reasonable price. (Plumbing isn't cheap but his charge for both repairs was way less than our former plumbing company we used for decades charged last year to do the same repair on another toilet.) “287 Plumbing & Heating did a masterful job on a few complicated plumbing projects at my home. Ben Bowen is a master plumber -- the only type of plumber to hire IMO -- and he proved up to the name. I hired another local "green" plumber first (they came back 4x to fix the problem)... and never did. Ben from 287 came out, fixed everything perfectly and was less expensive than the other company. He will be my go-to plumber for all future house remodeling/plumbing projects!“

“Chose Front Range Water Heater & Excavation due to their excellent customer service and willingness to answer all my questions. They provided several estimates as we changed our minds between electric and gas. Finally went for the Bradford White Power Direct Vent model which so far is working great.

This was not just a water heater replacement, but a complete redoing of our pipes as well as rerouting the exhaust vent and adding a combustion intake that was not there before. Ivan was our technician and he is the main reason for this great review. He was simply amazing on how he fixed the previously installed lines to make it very professional and clean. I would give 20 stars if that was an option.

In addition to the water heater installation, Ivan also did an excellent job relocating two garden hose bibs. This involved cutting the ceiling in some areas of my finished basement but it was done cleanly. He also made sure to place plastic covers and “walls” to reduce the amount of dust. Again excellent job.

“Just had a really great experience with Ryan Bishop. We had to remove part of a whole house filter and extend the line where the part was removed and it’s not the simplest sort of situation with a lot of water that is spilling everywhere and the part that was removed was extremely heavy and even though I look like a strong guy I can’t lift heavy because of a back issue and Ryan just automatically just lifted it up and took it away/disposed of it without me even having to ask and super I’m appreciative of the guy. He’s a great guy who is super professional and easy to get along with, and I was very comfortable interacting with him, so I’m extremely happy to find somebody that I’m going to call again when we need more plumbing help.“
