We are very pleased with our new floors. From our first meeting with Eric and through completion of the project, communication was clear and the crew would outline the daily schedule, which allowed us to plan our day. The crew was polite and respectful of the property. I appreciated the guidance in making our selections and Eric’s patience in answering my questions.
We investigated several floor finishing firms and when we had Eric come do our estimate, he noticed several things we didn't know about and the other firm's estimator did not notice. We chose Magnus to do our work. They promised an almost dust free experience which we were skeptical about. But, that in fact was what they did. There was barely any dust on things in the kitchen. The sanding and finishing crew were very meticulous and told us they used a 15 step process to prepare and refinish the floor. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for floor repair, installation, or resurfacing. I shopped around with a few companies and was very impressed by the excellent communication and attention to detail in the initial consult. Eric was extremely helpful throughout the process and the team performing the installation did a great job overall. Kudos to this company for their excellent customer service, streamlined process, and high quality workmanship!
