“Brian Benner and his team at Quality Renovations did a quality and timely job at my home this Spring. They renovated a non-standard size bathroom, laundry utility room. It looks great and everything works better, They took the time to add subs to increase better heat flow into a heretofore cold area, replaced ancient dryer venting and made outstanding suggestions along the way to make this area pleasant. Brian did some heroics like going to IKEA for me and even removing garbage in the staging area a couple of times to make our lives more comfortable. I would definitely use them again in future for restoration or renovation.“

“I am a woman who enjoys construction and design. I am not a stranger to construction and remodels. I’ve done a few of them including remodeling my own kitchen a few years ago. When it came time for a large 3 building, from the ground up, residential project I found myself looking for a new builder. I was not happy with the company who worked on my initial home remodel and after interviewing multiple contractors I landed on Built by Krueger.From the initial meetings with Matt and Brian to Sam with his estimates and attention to selections and detail to Nate on site, I am delighted to say I am thoroughly pleased. We needed assistance getting the final permits and documentation with Boulder County and these guys were phenominal, on the ball life savers. My stress level was immensely reduced due to their efforts.Sam is light hearted and professional. He sincerely listens to what you want and works to ensure you also get what you need. He’s patient and works to be thorough with all the finish selections and quotes through the hand off to the onsite man when construction begins.We are lucky to have Nate as our on site guy. He’s easy to talk to and treats you as an equal. He is Just like Sam in that he works to help you achieve your vision and are happy with the results. I love the opportunity to walk the project and check in. I’ve even looked for additional projects just to keep them around.Nelson is amazing. While I am the designer on these projects Nelson has an added artistic eye. I would give him a general idea with drawings and Nelson would find ways to make it even more impressive. He’s unbelievable at matching stains with different woods and ensures things are not only built well but look beautiful as well. I’m very grateful for his knowledge and vision in every unique aspect I added.Much of our construction has occured throughout Covid. The contractors and teams Krueger has working for them are all cautious and respectful of the issues this brings. I felt safe while working with them and am grateful they were able to continue the projects without much of an issue.I Highly recommend this entire company. And that’s saying a lot. “Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to.At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.“

“I have pursued two projects with 3model. The first was a repair job to correct a previous contractor's badly installed basement egress window. The second was a major addition to an existing house, including upgraded power/HVAC, additional bedrooms/bathrooms, and a new crawlspace beneath. “Travis Russell Construction (TRC Residential) put up a fantastic addition and remodel to our 20-year old ranch home. They added a new Master Suite and laundry room and remodeled two other bathrooms, besides doing quite a bit of freshening up our interior (new solid core doors, trim, and windows in the kitchen and living room). They also added in a new gas fireplace.Overall, our experience with them was grand. Other than a change to the footings due to build code issues that delayed the start of the project, they came in on time and under budget. They have a great planning and reporting package that keeps you appraised of the project and what is scheduled when. Change orders are handled professionally. Billing is done based on progress completed. Project management keeps a keen eye on all sub contractors and ensures work is completed correctly. Our punch list at the end was very minor. Their pricing was very competitive and their time estimates accurate. We highly recommend them.“
