Through the year and a half long process of planning and building our home from the ground up, we had a minuscule number of hiccups in the process, and there was prompt attention to the issue every time. Yet the professionalism and quality of the work almost stands secondary to the value that Mirek and Heidi place on relationship. The house was built in 1995 and had an EIFs (synthetic stucco system) on the exterior. Unfortunately the system is susceptible to woodpecker damage. Ben explained the options, pros and cons and made the decision easy. Rene and Beto, and the others on the crew, were not only amazingly talented but also pleasant and worked hard to minimize disruptions.
