Chris is an amazingly patient groomer! She was so kind and spent so much extra time trying to get my little dog that was freaking out to calm down. She explained everything she was doing and let me stay to help. It was super stressful on me and on my poor little sensitive dog, but it was not at all Chris’s fault.
We’re going to try to finish Wednesday and she seemed to like the advice I had about letting her dry in the sun instead and maybe that I hold her to get her nails clipped. And maybe tying her to the booth is what is freaking her out so we might try not to do that at our next appt.
Christine did an extraordinary job with my dog who has a lot of anxiety. She spent the needed time with him and worked at the pace that he felt comfortable. He looks fabulous and will definitely be going back to her.
Christina did such an amazing job with my golden retriever. My puppy was calm and happy when I left and gorgeous and happy when I arrived to pick him up. I knew he was at ease with her. More importantly, she took the time to fit him into her schedule when she found out he had lice. This woman is so compassionate and kind, not to mention amazing at her job, I’m so happy we found her!
