Honestly I can’t even understand how they charge what they do for IKEA Kitchen Installation. It looks like what I would have expected if I did the work. I guess I should have checked out their 2.5 star Yelp rating.

The installer they hire in Pittsburgh area were extremely impatient and difficult to communicate. We would rather find local handyman than using them, which forfeited the purpose of being convenient in the first place.

They installed my kitchen cabinets a couple of years ago. One of the cabinets is starting to come off the wall. I called to have them come repair because I'm supposed to have a 10 year warranty but they refuse to answer my calls or reply to my emails after almost 2 months
