Engaged Steel T to service my 10 Y/O Carrier heat pump and gas furnace as well as review the operating settings to achieve the heat pump/furnace balance I desired in keeping with my goals and system’s capabilities, corrected some humidifier and set-up issues with my system. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and personable. Great experience in every respect.

The tech who came out both times was awesome, Jose I believe (forgive me if that’s wrong brother). Super friendly, and did a great, clean job, even when a one-off random bird was the culprit. The office I’m slightly less impressed with - I waited over a month for them to check warranty and schedule the tech to come repair after maintenance and diag, and in the meantime my hvac system broke and was without heat for over a week this November. That being said, after calling them back a couple times they did make it right with labor for the repair at cost. I will use them in the future but will have to follow up more closely.
