Highly recommend! I've been going to Shelley for a year now and am so happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She truly makes an effort to make her clients as comfortable as possible! Shelley is an absolute gem. I truly enjoy going to my appointments - not only for the treatment but to spend time with Shelley. She is a sweetheart and has a great sense of humor. If you're considering electrolysis, don't go anywhere else!
Body positive, cheerful, professional space and a wonderful human being! Shelley is a delight: great communicator, caring, thoughtful, and super clean. While electrolysis is not the most comfortable service, Shelley's friendliness makes every visit a great visit.
From the first time I talked to Shelley on the phone, she was so understanding and welcoming. Her appointments were booked out for months but she made time to get me in for a quick appointment anyway. Well that turned in to getting me in every week! Her knowledge is amazing and she truly cares for her clients and what she does. She is always willing to answer all my crazy questions and has even made suggestions with my skincare routine. I have been truly blessed to have found Shelley and am grateful for her help every day! My confidence is finally starting to grow since I've been going to see her. Highly recommend Electrolysis by Shelley!
