Body positive, cheerful, professional space and a wonderful human being! Shelley is a delight: great communicator, caring, thoughtful, and super clean. While electrolysis is not the most comfortable service, Shelley's friendliness makes every visit a great visit.

From the first time I talked to Shelley on the phone, she was so understanding and welcoming. Her appointments were booked out for months but she made time to get me in for a quick appointment anyway. Well that turned in to getting me in every week! Her knowledge is amazing and she truly cares for her clients and what she does. She is always willing to answer all my crazy questions and has even made suggestions with my skincare routine. I have been truly blessed to have found Shelley and am grateful for her help every day! My confidence is finally starting to grow since I've been going to see her. Highly recommend Electrolysis by Shelley!

I’ve been avoiding getting electrolysis for YEARS because I was afraid of screwing up my face with scarring, I was scared of it being really painful, the expense, and probably just because of the unknown. I came to Shelley for a consultation and she educated me alll about electrolysis and made me feel so comfortable and even treated a few hairs just so I can see how it felt and how my skin would react. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talented! She minimized the pain with her methods, taught me so much, and above all was always open and honest about what to expect and if this process would be for me.
