Jody was great to work with! His communication was top notch - he was very responsive to my texts, emails and phone calls and never hesitated to show up for in-person meetings at last minute requests. Jody kept us informed during the rebuild process and was great at keeping the job in forward motion. In fact, the job was finished ahead of schedule! Thank you, Jody! We appreciate your work.

Jody Carpenter is an outstanding large loss superintendent who managed our six-plex commercial residential property in Redding, California after it suffered a devastating fire last July.
