Two weeks ago, I discovered a leaking pipe in my basement and reached out to a water mitigation company the next day. Fortunately, Servpro promptly responded by sending a project manager and their crew on the same day. Their professional approach and efficiency in handling the situation were outstanding. They did an absolutely wonderful job dealing with quite a bit of damage and black mold, as well as some unforseen hiccups regarding more leaks that delayed the completion, but were always very precise, considerate of my time, as well as very friendly. Michele was a pleasure to speak with, as were the other individuals who worked on the 3 rooms. I would highly recommend them!
