Clifford, Pat, and their crew were fantastic. Great local company, the owner (Cliff) actually came to our house with his crew to start things off. They verified location with us and painted our pipes to match our house (we were actually able to find the matching paint in the garage!) in a spot that was not an eyesore for our house. Customer service exceeded expectations. Knowledgeable about his products and how to treat radon, very professional. Our fan is very quiet for the job at hand!We are huge Broncos fans and received a surprise in the mail about a week after service - thank you Cliff - my husband Keith loves it!Would definitely recommend and prices were comparable...read full review
I didn't purchase any services from Radon-i-nator....I didn't need to! They were integral to helping guide me with some do it yourself advice to improve issues with my radon system. If the problems hadn't subsided and were more complex I would certainly hire these guys without question...they exhibit a high degree of honesty and integrity with a "service before the sale" approach.
My first impression was they were great. They are very knowledgable and asked for pictures of my unit before making any decisions about coming out. Pat knows a lot about regulations and EPA guides. Then came the phone calls. I had something change in my schedule and I was unable to answer her call the morning of our appointment. She called over and over in about 30 minutes until I had a chance to answer her call. While at our appointment, Pat gave my husband an invoice. Two days later, she called me 6 times within a 50 minute period. She was looking for the results of our test and when I was able to answer her next call, she told me that they hadn't received payment. She called me again on Friday to inform me that they had not received payment. This was 3 days after we had received the invoice. If they immediately require payments for small jobs (we had a monitor run for 2 days in our basement), they need to collect it with presenting the invoice. Sadly, even though this company appears to know their field, I will find a friendlier company that does not harass me for payment. I paid my balance 4 days after receiving the invoice, when I had time to deal with it.
