From front office through the different phases of testing after my first surgery— timely, professional, fun and comfortable. So impressed with this group of eye specialists. No rushing; all my questions answered and they all care about your wellbeing! I’m also prepared for my second surgery in a few weeks .
Today I had a 6 month checkup with Doctor Belen, who has taken care of me since 2020. As always, Doctor Belen was very approachable, positive, and professional. Sue, the receptionist, was great- always friendly and helpful. Jake, the technician who administered tests before I saw Doctor Belen, was very nice, patient, and professional. My visit could not have been better!
I appreciated Dr. Rimer being very thorough by comparing the history in my chart with my present eye status. She , then, recommended I get another eye exam so she can better compare my previous test with a current one. Thank you, Dr. Rimer!
