Top notch gym/Jiu Jitsu class for kids! Especially for 3yr+ I have a strong willed 3 year old who has sensory issues, enough energy to run a power grid and struggles with routine. The coaches are so kind and patient and have worked with my kid at her pace and have allowed me to work in her accommodations ❤️ There has already been such a huge impact on her confidence, her social skills, and learning new things from new adults. The facility is great, the vibe is immaculate, family friendly. My husband also trains here and it's just a great place.
I've been a member for over 5 years, a Nova blue belt nowadays, and it has been incredible. There was an owner change in in 2020 when Dylan moved out of state and Troy took over as head coach and owner and I honestly cannot see myself making any other gym my home.
For beginners and the like, the coaches and team are super friendly, incredibly helpful, and just all-around good people. You don't have to worry about being thrown into a pit of wolves or needing some kind of pre-training or even the need to be "fit" or athletic.
