We are an all encompassing Martial Arts, Self-Defense, and Personal Training Academy specializing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning. Our Academy Motto is We The Empowered, and our goal is to empower everyone of our students both on and off the mats! We provide training and classes for kids starting at 4 years of age as well as adults.
