It took two weeks to get an appointment with my doctor Daniel Jones and I still didn’t have the appointment with my doctor ! Although the doctor I did see was great my complaint is with the scheduling person , why did it take two weeks to see another doctor the system is broken !!!!
I walked in knowing that walk-in Covid testing was done, planning ti but a rest, but thought I'd ask anyway. The front desk lady (I wish I had her name... so awesome) looked and found me an appointment for 90 minutes later. She then called up and asked if they might be able to fit me in. Nurse Rachel said to send me up and got me tested within minutes.
Dr. Carroll is amazing. She answered soo many questions I had and sent me in the right direction and set me up with the correct medications to help me quit smoking. I then went down to the lab and Erika did an amazing job, I am usually very difficult to get blood from and she was patient and only had to try one time and was super gentle.
