Great customer service! Noah Morton was a project manager and saw the project through until the end. There were a couple moments when he was difficult to reach, but he came through in the end to get everything in place. Even getting our homeowners claim successfully paid! We had an issue with the company delivering the roofing materials - they pulled into our concrete driveway and caused splitting and cracking. They covered the damage and we are getting the pad replaced next week. So a bit frustrating in some areas, but it is a big project. Lots of coordinating and a huge undertaking replacing the roof. We had a great experience with Just Roofs and Gutters. From the very start, we received multiple bids and inspections from many roofers in the area but were impressed by the depth and breadth of the free inspection performed by Noah, our project manager. We were well informed of all the options available, including financing, and it was a quick turnaround to schedule our roof replacement after confirming the project. Despite hiccups due to inclement weather, we were kept in the loop and our project was only delayed a few days. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the quality of the work. The persevered with my insurance company to answer any questions. The Project Manager was very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. i would definitely use them again and recommend them.
