Absolutely love her classes! Anara is an inspiring instructor with a truly holistic and hands on approach to yoga. She works closely with her students, overseeing each asana with a keen eye and gentle touch. If you want to advance your practice quickly but safely, then go see Anara.
Instructor is very observant and does not let you make mistakes. There is no slacking with this instructor. The new studio in Englewood is beautiful. The place is bright and clean. All equipment is new. The instructors are great!
