I was sent to Remo by a friend. I'm so, so happy with the entire experience. We choose hardwood upstairs, LVT for the basement, plus carpet in the MB. Choosing the product in the store was fun and easy. Both installers and their teams were amazing to work with- high quality, responsible and friendly. I would recommend Remo to anyone.
For the last 12 months of a long remodel, I've been working with Alicia and she's amazing. Very responsive, provides great solutions, and helps all the way through the invoicing and delivery processes. She coordinated samples, too. (I really like the Karndean LVT we chose from there.)I look forward to working with Alicia and Floors by Remo on future remodels!
Alicia took care of me. The floors are of high quality and extremely reasonably priced. I had difficulty with doing the flooring and she gave me a couple of options. She recommended CJ Floors and they were great!
