Katie De La Cruz is seriously phenomenal at her job! Not only did she help me maximize my savings and take out a personal loan to pay off my credit card and stop collecting interest, but she also was SO gender affirming! I’m a Trans guy, and it’s very rare that when I work with people that they don’t ask me invasive questions or make me feel othered. Katie didn’t even bat an eye and made me feel so welcomed and safe! You have a gem here, hold on to her as long as you can! I’ll be telling my friends about her and sharing her cards.

We have been communicating with Kati DeLacruz this past week to resolve a few issues. The First Tech staff at the Belleview location are top-notch. In particular, we greatly enjoy working with Katie De La Cruz. She helped me work through a difficult situation in setting an insurance payout into a restricted account for my minor child.
