Jayden the technician who came out to our house was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a service coming in my home. He was great with my son, educated us on the process, and highlighted things we could do to decrease the risk of pests. He also let us know to notify the service if there were any issues a week or 2 after application.
EnviroPest was a great service but, honestly you can get anyone to spray chemicals in my opinion. If Jayden is any representative of their overall staffing, this is the company you want to work with!
I am very pleased with the communication prior to Logan coming to my home, he called to inform me when he was due to arrive.
He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and was also kind enough to explain everything he was doing, as I asked a lot of questions!
Everything he did was done very professionally.
I feel more comfortable knowing my home will be protected against unwanted pests.
