E Street has been my ISP for almost ten years and I have rarely been so pleased with a vendor as I have been with E Street. Every interaction with them has been a positive experience. Without exception. As a software engineer, I am both knowledgeable and picky about technology, and I have found their technical staff to be both responsive and highly competent. In all of our interactions, it is clear that they have taken the time to understand the issue and, where necessary, find creative solutions to the problem. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you're in the market for an ISP or IT service provider, and want a shop that's more responsive than the telcos and other behemoths but sophisticated enough to deal with complex requirements, give them a shot.
