Mr. Banks and Mrs. Kate We’re absolutely compassionate, Professional, Extremely nice, and Knowledgeable in their profession. They thought outside the box to fix the whole/burn in my mom’s sofa cushion, which every other place said it would've had to be recovered if the same material was available. I totally would give them 5+ stars for the work And creativity For fixing the sofa cushion. There was only one issue that I wanted to bring the light and I was so hesitant on doing so, because Mr. Banks and Mrs. Kate were so pleasant and great at their work which intern decide to give them four stars instead of five. We have a new leather sofa with a light color, two months after we got it we noticed a blue tint on of course my part of the couch. The usual suspect is blue jeans but this happened over the summer and I had been wearing dark shorts I have had for years and washed a million times....The furniture store sent a repair person out who tried a couple of cleaners that did nothing. They said their warranty didn't cover soiled by color transfer and that was that.We called the Tandy leather shop and asked who they recommended for leather cleaning and they pointed us to Michael and Katie. What happens when you attach fake airplane and flight patches with tape onto your leather coat because you want to dress up as Maverick's girlfriend (Charlie) in Top Gun for Halloween? It goes terribly wrong. Yeah, I ruined my beautiful leather coat by simply taping on fake patches. So, I called tailors all over the city asking if they can repair it and all of them said, "Nope. It's ruined for good." But then, I remembered these miracle workers (Kate and Michael) at Diversified Repair Service in Englewood who had fixed my leather couch years ago. So, I called them! And guess what? My coat is like new again! They did an outstanding job - and even fixed other areas where the color was ruined. Thank you Kate and Michael! Next Halloween, I'll dress up as something else.
