There are not enough positive things I can say about Savannah! She is an amazing Relator and an outstandingly kind human being. We started our search with another broker in September 2021 who turned out not to be a good fit for us as first-time homebuyers and actually made us reconsider purchasing at all. We decided to terminate with them in April and interview a few more people and see if we could get a better agent. As soon as we met Savannah, we knew she was it! On the way out the door, we looked at each other and just nodded. Her personality is pure sunshine personified and she is constantly going above and beyond to help her clients. She listened to what we were looking for, had us meet her go-to lender for VA loans (who we also worked with because he is amazing), and we had a great conversation. There wasn’t any pressure from them and we knew she’d be a pleasure to work with. This is a TOUGH market but she was determined to get us into our new home. We had frank, realistic discussions about budget and what we can do and were looking at properties every week. The first weekend we went out, she had a snack cooler prepared for us since we were hitting 5 or 6 properties in one day! We decided to put an offer in on one over dinner and got such a better understanding of the entire process through the conversation with her. We were admittedly clueless and confused and she took her time explaining everything we had questions on. She became such a staple in our life over the past few months with showings that it’s now weird not seeing and talking to her multiple times a week. Savannah is incredibly responsive and really just a pleasure to talk to. While that first offer got rejected, we went through the process again and again. She was always so positive yet realistic with us in any scenario. If we had a question she wasn’t sure about, she turned to the plethora of knowledge within the Denver 100 to get guidance. Literally no question was ever unanswered. In June we put in an offer on a place we LOVED and got outbid. My partner was crushed. Monday morning Savannah went looking through listings for things that hadn’t changed and started making calls. She connected with someone whose client wasn’t thrilled with the offers they’d received on a nearly identical place two streets away from the one we wanted! She got with our lender to see if we could make it work, we submitted an offer pending a showing, and this woman got us in our first home…without us having to settle for anything that we were hoping for! She’s a real estate marvel! She is connected to the absolute best people, too! We’ve gone with her recommendations for a lender, an inspector, an insurance broker, and a mover. Girl is CONNECTED to all the goodness! Her enhanced services package is also unbelievable. Whether you need a warranty, a clearer, or anything else to make the move easier, Savannah has got you covered. If you’re looking for someone to be your guide through this process, who is always learning, growing, and working to get you the best, Savannah is your Relator. I can say without a doubt that we will use her when we’re ready to sell and get into something new. I couldn’t have asked for a better Relator to guide us through this insane process.
