Jack visited and conducted a thorough and considerate examination of my foundation. I had concerns about potentially requiring significant repairs; however, it became evident that a simple DIY project involving a cement caulk gun was all that was necessary. Despite not requiring his services ultimately, Jack remained available, addressed my inquiries with care, and provided me with considerable reassurance about my foundation. I had an excellent experience with CSR. After purchasing a new house, I noticed some shoddy repair work on the foundation and was concerned about it's longevity. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Rob a few days after calling. Once on site, he performed a thorough inspection and identified a few problems and their potential causes, including some issues I hadn't previously noticed. I appreciated that he was able and willing to walk me through both how the issues occurred and options for how to fix them. 10/10 experience. Making an appt was fast and easy. Rob was not only nice but he spoke at my level, didn’t try to over complicate things to make unnecessary sales & gave me great recommendations. Hopefully I will never need these guys, but if I do, they will be my first call.
