We had a good experience with Fix-It 24/7. We used them based on a good experience from a previous visit with our AC unit. I picked this company based on Tom Martino's referral list. They were able to put us on their schedule promptly and even had Saturday availability. We needed a plumber to replace our toilet and Mehdi F., the plumber that came to our home, was very professional and courteous. He explained different pricing options and scenarios based on the issues we were experiencing. He didn't just leave us with only one choice and we felt he was honest in his diagnosis. We have them on contract so they came to do annual HVAC cleaning, the first tech cleaned the system but did not connect one of the control wires to the condenser relay so the air conditioning did not work and it was 85 inside. We were leaving for Seattle in the morning so Alonso came by late evening and immediately recognized the problem. Alonso was very courteous and professional. An A+++ technician!
Alonzo was dispatched to fix our brand new Bryant HVAC system. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue with our new system, he tested air pressures and gave us tips on how to make the system perform the best. Alonzo was just fantastic start to finish!
