Josh did an amazing job and was very good at keeping me posted on his progress. The carpet looks like new, and he did a fantastic job cleaning some of the "wear off the chair'" I am very happy and would recommend Josh for getting the job done.

Luiz who cleaned my carpet was great! Thoughtful, helpful and extremely thorough. Carpet looks great. I did have several scheduling/rescheduling problems. That was frustrating, however the carpet looks fresh and clean.

Michael called two times. He called once to give us a time frame when he would be at our home.He called back to advise that due to a technical issue he would be delayed. He showed up when promised. Michael did a great job. He covered everything and he took his time and answered our questions. We are repeat customers.
