I’ve been working with Tess from Citywide in the Springs now for about 10 months and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond, is super dependable and always available to answer my questions. Tess and her team are super thorough and detail oriented. I know I can depend n them and Citywide for all of our facilities needs!
I have worked with City Wide for the last 4.5 years and they have been wonderful! Scott and Roxana do an amazing job being attentive, resolving any conflicts quickly and addressing any questions we have. Between the nightly crew and a porter on the weekends / busy times, CW does a great job taking care of us as a high traffic location with a lot of messes each day. I appreciate how they take care of trash, recycling, cleaning, etc. and keep our facility looking amazing. The team is all so nice and does a great job. Thank you Scott and Team!
Managing a K-8 school can prove to be difficult in moments of high stress and response. Luckily, we have City Wide Facility Solutions always available to help out - especially during these moments. Due to yesterday's high wind, one of our parking lot light posts was damaged and began to sway aggressively. To avoid complete chaos, I Immediately contacted Patricia Martinez, who is our Account Manager at City Wide. She was extremely quick to respond and had a crew come out that same afternoon to investigate what was going on with the light post. They were able to set up their lift, dismantle the pole, and secure the area so no one would get hurt or cars would get damaged.To... read full review
