I really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, and I find many of the classes enjoyable. My favorite instructors are Myranda and Caren M. Their positive and vibrant energy is just amazing.

Great value for the price... Sauna ,infrared sauna , steam room , jacuzzi, hydro massage chairs tanning are my favorites Sometimes crowed. Most of the staff is helpful and attentive. Wish they had an ice bath or cryofreeze tho

This gym is great for the price! Affordable, lots of equipment. Love the lift lab, just wish there were more dumbbell options in there. It’s really random weights. It can get pretty busy, as with any gym. I tend to go midday and it isn’t as bad. The internet is finicky. Works sometimes and not at others. Overall though, you can’t beat the price and amenities. Would definitely recommend. Just a few things need to be tweaked and it could be a five star place!
