Molly is simply amazing! She takes excellent care of our golden retrievers every time, and they always look fabulous after their grooming sessions with her. Our oldest, who is 13 and has some back issues, is handled with such gentleness and care that keeps her comfortable. The entire staff here is incredibly kind and attentive!
This place is AMAZING! I can't believe I never knew about Ark's- I have lived about 2-3 blocks away for over 10 years!!! I found it only by the google business reviews; they won't have a website or an official google business profile, and there's no sign on the building. I'm so glad I called them, I am a furever client now. I took my english bulldog and our foster dog (pittie) who most likely had never been groomed in her entire life. When I picked them up they were SO HAPPY! Both of them walked in and strutted out with smiles and swag! My bully LOVED the staff here and normally he doesn't enjoy baths.
