We had a flooded basement with all the rain that we've had in Colorado the past month and a half. We thought that we could handle the mitigation all by ourselves, but we needed to call in for help. Luis came to our house at 10 pm in the pouring rain during a super busy time. No other company would even talk to us due to the high amount of flooding in the area. He surveyed our basement flooding situation, helped us get a pool table on blocks, gave us tips for mitigating damage, and called us back the next day when he had a cleanup team available. What an amazing human! He could have put us on a waitlist, but he truly wanted to help, and he expected nothing in return for that visit. We will keep this number on speed dial for future situations.
