I feel that Iron Horse always supports me and my horses. The staff are great. I like that they have their vets on call if there is an emergency. Iron horse is well run, responsive, organized, and professional.
My one horse had chronic lymphangitis and they were always there for me when I needed their help which meant the world to me.
I wish I could give the wonderful Dr. Quay w/ Iron Horse Equine 10 stars because she deserves a perfect 10 score after our first meet n greet and health check of our newly adopted mare Gracie. Dr. Quay was very personable, professional, and easy to talk to and discuss my thoughts and share her thoughts with. She handled our somewhat nervous/cautious 8 yr old mare who had been rescued by DFL and brought to our ranch just 24 hr's prior to Dr. Quay's visit with ease and reassured her that we are the team of people she can trust and be comfortable around. Great vets and support staff. They do have a wait time, so be prepared for non emergent things to not be done the next day(this is how all vet med is so don't be rude to them about it!)
They are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and will explain everything to you as they go. 100% will be using them for all my horses.
