Nick Dickason was FANTASTIC for our home inspection. We hired him for an inspection before our 1-year warranty on our new build home is up, and I say it was worth every penny. He answered all of my questions (trust me, I had a lot - it is our first house and of course you don't know what you don't know) and could explain every single piece of our report in detail and in a way we could easily understand. He even found some things about our backyard landscaping work that we did not know about. He is well versed in the codes for the local area AND national codes and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done to be up to standard.
