If I lived in Elizabeth, this would be my home gym! Visited as a guest while staying locally at a VRBO, and man was I in for a pleasant surprise. They have every piece of equipment plus free weight you could want (even the deep end of the stack). Seems like the owners and members care about the place and it shows. In a world of mega gyms, this place is a real gem.

Great gym! Just visited as a guest; they have all the equipment you need, and everyone working out there was very friendly! It wasn't grossly overcrowded (we went on a Friday morning), which was great. 10/10 would definitely get a membership if I lived in the state!
