Dr. Wendel offers complete care for my large and ever changing herd. He has a knack for solving the complex issues my horses like to dream up. I’m always impressed at the knowledge he has of horses. Always thankful he’s my veterinarian, and never more than when he’s answering my emergency calls. Highly recommended!

Dr. Wendel provides the absolute best care, is up-to-date on the most recent techniques, and carries the best portable equipment (including platelets therapy, PRP). He was able to help my very needy and delicate OTTB through treatment, exercise regimen, and very thorough follow ups. He is usually the one able to help when other vets are in doubt.

I am from out of state and was looking to purchase a horse in Colorado. After the initial veterinarian backed out at the last minute, I was left scrambling to find a veterinarian to complete the pre-purchase, as I had already scheduled a hauler, completed dna testing, and gotten a brand inspection on the horse.
