I had my iPhone for years. The new ones don’t have interchangeable SIM cards and I wanted to keep my old one but the glass was cracked and lines appeared on the screen. I couldn’t use the touch screen in most places so I thought it was trash. The lady there replaced the glass now it works like new and the lines gone. Fast reasonable pricing and they warranty the work.
Solutek is a great place. Very welcoming, helpful, and professional people helped me retrieve lots of data from my old Samsung 10 to my new Samsung 24 that I thought I was going to lose forever! They made my day. Good and honest business.
Solutek was wonderful! For weeks I struggled with viruses in my old android phone and T-Mobile service that didn’t work reliably from my home.
Then I got a new IPhone without viruses and transferred my service to Xfinity. Finally my phone worked at home.
However, Xfinity promised to transfer my contacts and photos from my old android phone to my new IPhone. Two trips on two different days to the Xfinity store and many many hours of waiting and hoping, the kind customer service personnel there sent me away with apologies that they could not transfer my data or fix my phone.
