Guillermo Hernandez arrived early because of a cancellation. He worked thoroughly and showed us areas of concern with our ancient in-floor heating He helped us with a few plumbing projects too. I highly recommend asking for him when you have heating or plumbing issues.

Paul has worked and serviced our system on several occasions. It was nice to be geared by name by someone who actually remembered me. Both technicians were very professional and great at their work. I'll continue to use PSI and hope that Paul and his colleagues will help me in the future.
