Mountain Wellness Massage

I have lived in the beautiful mountains of Colorado for 26 years and understand what it means to be active and that our lifestyle can take a toll on our bodies. Often we do not take the time to take care of ourselves as we should. It is my desire to help you achieve your wellness goals and my massage style is very client focused, rooted in Swedish adding in deep tissue therapy and gentle stretching when needed. My goal is to help you achieve your wellness goals, that is why each massage session is customized to your needs but if you are looking to get “beat-up” during the massage or to get extreme deep tissue I am not the right therapist for you. All of my sessions include organic sweet almond oil unless allergic.
