Stop searching, just call Downs Mechanical, for top notch service! After dealing with unresolved plumbing and heat issues for several weeks, Downs responded - same day - and had us back in business. This after calling several other companies in town that did not respond at all. Downs even brought needed parts to the job site, first trip. Bill and his crew made it possible for our next guests to stay in comfort! Highly recommended!

We had an extensive problem with our boiler due to faulty installation and Bill and his team was able to fix the entire issue and then some! Communication is fantastic, and they show up when they say they will. Great team to work with!
